Hi! I'm Joanne

I help women who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally drained, and caught in loops of overthinking and self-criticism. I support those who feel stuck on autopilot, battling people-pleasing, guilt, and the constant pressure of “I should be coping better.” Using emotional awareness strategies, practical mindset techniques, structured routines, and compassionate guidance, I help them create confidence, clarity, boundaries, and a calmer mind — so they can stop just surviving and finally start living.

My Coaching

Midlife can feel like a crossroads — and for many women, it becomes the moment everything that’s been pushed down for years finally rises to the surface. The overthinking. The people-pleasing. The guilt. The emotional overload. The “Why am I still feeling like this at my age?” loop that plays on repeat. My coaching is designed for midlife women who look like they’re coping on the outside but feel mentally exhausted on the inside. Women who have spent years holding everything and everyone together, only to realise they’ve slipped to the bottom of their own priority list. I help you understand what’s happening in your emotional brain, why it reacts the way it does, and how to gently bring your logical, grounded self back online.

My approach blends emotional awareness, structured routines, practical mindset techniques, and compassionate guidance. It isn’t about “fixing” you — because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you untangle the noise, calm the chaos, and finally create boundaries, clarity and confidence that last. In our work together, you’ll learn to recognise old patterns, stop the self-criticism spiral, and build a calmer, more intentional way of living.
